Returns
Steps to be followed for a return:
- Contact us via the e-mail address: contact@s2-group.com.
- You will receive a return form that needs to be completed.
- Send us back the full-fledged goods together with the completed form.*
- After receiving the product, we will refund your money. (The form of return is the same as the earlier form of payment for the purchased goods)
* The cost of shipping is covered by the buyer
